The Netherlands has very strict standards that must be met for rail safety. Controls on compliance mainly take place from ‘measurement trains’; trains equipped with special equipment that frequently travel on the tracks in different regions. Last week, the measurement train traveled on route A15 up to Kijfhoek. During this process, nine potential points of concern were measured. Further analysis of the data by the inspector has shown that there are no abnormalities, and no control measures need to be taken, thus, no infrastructure restrictions occur.
